CEO
Howard Nash
Howard has worked in the Automotive industry for over 35 years and over that period has gained experience in all areas of the industry. Having started his career in the sports car industry and working for car manufacturers, fleet and leasing businesses, supply chain and consultancy companies, Howard has a very broad industry knowledge.

General Manager
Nick Kleiff
Nick joins the experienced and dedicated team at Marcos Heritage having spent over 40 years in the vintage and classic car industry. Nick brings a wealth of experience having run his own vintage and classic coachbuilding business until a merger with Fiennes Engineering in 2000. He worked, hands on in the workshop, specialising in full restoration of Rolls Royce and Bentleys to concourse standard.
Nick says ''coming from a background where our work was winning prizes at Pebble Beach, and numerous other worldwide prestigious events, I am now looking forward to working with the team at Marcos Heritage, where the extensive knowledge, history, skills and enthusiasm of the team is raising the quality of these wonderful Marcos cars.''

Office Co-ordinator
Emily Davey
Emily started with Marcos in 1997 and has covered most areas of the business since. In the early days Emily specialised in fibre glass and made many different components including several Mark 6 bodyshells for export to France and the USA. Emily’s knowledge of the Marcos model range and the many unusual parts that go into creating a Marcos is remarkable, and she uses this strength now to distribute parts all over the world.

Rory MacMath
Rory’s career with Marcos started in 1968 as an engineer at the Greenland Mills factory in Bradford on Avon, producing 5/6 cars a week. He also was involved with developmental work of the new metal chassis Marcos. Running the service department was next in Westbury, looking after the loyal Marcos customers including some very famous names!! Rory was instrumental in the development of the successful Marcos 3 litre in kit form in the early 1980’s, and later circa 1984 he fitted a development Rover V8 engine to a Marcos which went on to be the most used engine in the Marcos range. He is subsequently the longest continuously serving Marcos employee.
Working with Marcos from the late 1960’s through to the early 1990’s, in production, development and testing leads to Rory having acquired an incredible amount of knowledge, which he now uses to look after our loyal Marcos customers old and new.

Engineer
James MacMath
James started his career by completing a 4 year manufactures apprenticeship. With additional manufactures training in electrics and diagnosis James joined Marcos some 17 years ago as a very accomplished Technician.
During his time with us, James has developed new skills unique to Marcos, for example wooden chassis repair and construction. James has also played a pivotal role in various areas of development, as well as fibre glass repair and manufacture. The experience gained in all aspects of over the years with Marcos means James is now pivotal in all restoration, service and repair works completed at Marcos heritage.

Technician
John Belchamber
John studied Vehicle mechanics and electronics at Chippenham Wiltshire college. He then moved on to working In the motorsport industry, building and prepping race engines gaining valuable experience. He's now become a great addition to our close knit team.

Apprentice
Xander Grylls
Xander has done two years studying Mechanics at college and has enjoyed every minute of it. He's just starting his automotive career with Marcos, and will shortly be enrolling in a Bicester Heritage Engineering Technician apprenticeship.
